Thank you for your interest in joining NHF Colorado and others from the bleeding disorder community for the National Hemophilia Foundation Bleeding Disorder Conference! The conference is a great opportunity to meet other community members, attend enlightening educational sessions of all types, and a final night event that is always fun for the whole family.
NHF Colorado is offering an educational participant grant for members with a bleeding disorder within the service area, attending NHF's Bleeding Disorders Conference. We would like to provide assistance to those unable to attend due to personal obstacles or other barriers. Awards will be based on these factors, as well as on need. Scholarship recipients will be determined through an equitable selection process conducted by a volunteer review team. Members must have someone directly affected with a bleeding disorder in their household. Scholarships will be announced the week of September 9th.
The grant is a reimbursement scholarship with a maximum reimbursement rate up to$1,600 each. Scholarships will be prioritized to families/individuals who have not attended before.
