Lakeside Breakfast and Goat Yoga

Saturday, August 27, 2022
8:00 am10:30 am
North East side of Sloan's Lake

Spend your Saturday morning enjoying a catered breakfast and taking in the beautiful views around Sloan's Lake while mingling with new and familiar faces in the community. Shortly after, we will walk around the lake on our way to Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga.

Just over a mile from where we started at Sloan's Lake, you will be surrounded by furry friends as you find your Zen during the 45-minute goat yoga lesson. The last 15 minutes is an opportunity to decompress with the goats by petting, holding, and just spending time loving the gift of these cute and innocent animals. Afterward, we will walk the other side of Sloan's Lake together.

TRASH CHALLENGE! On our morning walks, we challenge all attendees to see how much trash one can pick up. The individual with the most packed trash bag will receive a Backpacks + Bleeders CamelBak with a 1.5-liter hydration pack!

We are to have a BAAAAA-MAZING experience!

Disclaimer: It is a 1.2-mile walk to the Goat Yoga, if the participant is not able to walk they are able to drive to a parking lot on the opposite side of the lake off of 17th street and proceed to participate in the Trash Challenge.
