Volunteer Information

The Colorado Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation is less than three weeks away from our Colorado Hemophilia Walk! We hope to make this year’s Walk the best yet. We need volunteers to help us out at this year’s event. We have a variety of volunteer opportunities and time slots. Shifts will be an hour long so people are still able to participate and enjoy the festivities. Here is a list of the different roles we need assistance with on August 11th:

Finish Line Goodie Bag Distribution Cheer walkers on and hand out goodie bags as they cross the finish line 9:30am – 11:00am
Carnival Games Attendants Man booth for carnival games and solicit suggested donations 10:00am – 12:00pm

We ask that if you volunteer, you attend the volunteer orientation on Friday, August 10th from 5:30 pm – 7 pm at the NHF CO office at 2465 Sheridan Blvd, Edgewater, CO, 80214 (snacks provided!).

Please email Amy Board or Rebecca Strelitz and indicate which volunteer role you are interested in for the Walk. All of us at NHF Colorado cannot thank you enough for your amazing dedication and support of this community. You cannot imagine how much it means to all of us. If you have ANY questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact Amy Board or Rebecca Strelitz at any time.
