Walk Sponsorship

NHF Colorado invites you to join us in our Colorado Walk for Hemophilia on August 13, 2011 at Sloan’s Lake in Denver and September 23, 2011 at Canyon View Park in Grand Junction! Your sponsorship of the Colorado Walk for Hemophilia will support the local chapter to better serve our mission and our community members.  Below you will find the various sponsorship levels available for this year’s Walk; we will provide extensive recognition for our sponsors throughout marketing the Walk, during the Walk, and following the Walk.

We hope you will be able to join us for this fun event to support the local chapter and our members. *In kind donations include products, equipment, and/or services donated. Special sponsorship recognition is also available for major donors of goods services depending on the cash value of the donation (should total more than $500.00).  For more information about in-kind sponsorship, please contact NHF Colorado at info@cohemo.org.

To participate in sponsorship for this year’s Colorado Walk for Hemophilia:

• Identify the sponsorship level of your choice no later than July 15, 2011
• Complete the sponsorship form and return to NHF Colorado via email or snail mail no later than July 15, 2011
• Submit your company’s jpeg logo to info@cohemo.org no later than July 15, 2011.
• Email NHF Colorado with the names, titles, and email addresses for any industry sponsors attending no later than August 1, 2011.
• All industry sponsors participants must sign and complete industry ethical guidelines for the 2011 Colorado Walk for Hemophilia no later than August 1, 2011.
