HSC Mission Statement: The Society exists to advocate for, assist and educate persons affected by hemophilia, von Willebrands's disease and other coagulation disorders and the complications arising therefrom. The Hemophilia Society will also educate the general public about hemophilia, von Willebrands's disease and other coagulation disorders.

2009 Hemophilia Society of Colorado Annual Meeting and Education Day

Sponsored by the Mountain States Regional Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center and the Hemophilia Society of Colorado
Please join us for a jam-packed day of special speakers, events, and exhibits. Talk to vendors, learn about insurance, treatment tips, vWD, sports, pain management, and other topics during breakout sessions, and stick around for the HSC Annual Meeting and ice cream social. Find out what's going on in your chapter and elect your new HSC Board of Directors.
Child care, with special programs planned for the children, is provided for all children 0 - 15 years of age.
Lunch is provided. Registration begins at 8am. Events conclude at 4:30pm.
Annual Meeting notice:
- Board of Directors Election: nominations will be accepted on-site for election to the HSC Board of Directors, but advance notice is preferred so that your name can be placed on the ballot. If you have any questions, would like more information, or would like to nominate yourself, please send an email to nwilkes@cohemo.org.
- Vote on NHF Merger: The current HSC Board is recommending that the chapter pursue full merger with NHF. The Board has the authority to make that decision itself, but has moved to leave the final decision up to you, the members. Come find out more about what that means for our chapter and vote on whether or not to merge with NHF.
